    Saiga = AW?

    Is the unmodified Saiga IZ132 cosidered California AW or not?

    I thought it wasn't but I am reading conflicting information on this.
    It has a 10 round detachable magazine.

    Thanks!

    With no other features, it's no different than a Ruger Mini-14 or Kel-Tec SU16. Regular shoulder stock, no pistil grip, no flash-hider, no forward grip, etc.

    Not an AW. OLL/OLR, does not need a Bullet Button.

        Kalashnikov Saigas are on the list, so a lot of people think all Saiga rifles are listed AWs.
        Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.
