i found some .22 ammo for the first time in months at wal*mart.there were 7 boxs i said ill take em he said 3's your limit.i said screw you.gave some cash to my mom had her buy the other three got 6 boxs..always bring someone with you!!

I strongly dislike Walmart but I am forced to go there to buy affordable meds---really their med prices are by far the best---so while I'm there, I also pick-up a couple of bags of cheap dog food---the hounds gotta eat.
As for ammo, I've been buying ammo on and off for over 20 years---so the comings and going of the whole ammo thing is not a problem for me. I've even sold some of my buddies ammo at reasonable prices just we could go shooting---who wants to shoot alone, right? The time to buy ammo is when it's not scarce---if you can hold out that long...

A rule that I have no problem following but when YOU make a mistake YOU should give me the item that YOU already charged ME for instead of making ME jump through hoops. It would of been different if they would of just given my money back there but I had to go out of my way because of their mistake.

I disagree. Hate is not necessarily a strong word in the context I use it in. I hate Walmart, I hate traffic, I hate working, I hate DIFI, I hate......Oh, well, I guess I shouldn't lump all those other things in with her. They aren't THAT bad in comparison. Just because I hate the place doesn't mean I won't go back. It doesn't mean I'll like it either though.

I really hate Walmart. I always have but even more now. I stopped by one of the local ones to pick up a few things and checked out the ammo section in the hopes of actually finding something for once. Low and behold I found two boxes of Federal Hydra-Shok .45ACP hidden in the back of the otherwise empty shelves. I got both of those and a box of five 00 12 ga shells, the limit of three boxes for that store. The clerk in sporting goods charged me for two boxes of the shells on accident and said I would have to follow him to customer service up front to refund my five bucks. I asked if he could just give me another box of the shells and he said oh no, I can't have it getting out that I went over the three box rule. I said it would make up for the 40 times I came in and didn't find any ammo but he wasn't caring. It took another 15 mins at the front to get the refund because it was an ammo purchase. I understand the rule but that was stupid.

Guess what else? The other box of shells that you refunded, can't get resold. They HAVE to donate it to some place (I forgot where), but they can't resell it to another customer.

Those people took over 300.00 today from my wife and I.
650 rds of 22lr and 1000 rds 9mm. Those people are relentless. If you can get to Tracy they will take your $ too.

Guess what else? The other box of shells that you refunded, can't get resold. They HAVE to donate it to some place (I forgot where), but they can't resell it to another customer.

The box never left their shelf. The clerk got out the one box of shells and the two boxes of .45's. He then walked me and the receipt to the front and told them what happened.

Which is it? Do you have 'no problem' following the part where you don't get the ammo because its against their rule and you get your money back? Or do you demand the box against the rules? You don't get it both ways, boo-****in-hoo you had to walk to a different counter, if these are the aspects of life you 'hate' and are so intolerable to ***** all over the internet you should probably stop going outside.

But no, youre right, the kid should have gave you the ammo and lost his job, god knows keeping the guy that's never made a mistake himself happy. Get over it.
