I'm kind of afraid to say this but... let's stress test this thing!
That is from Meguiar's commercial line of car care products. On a car it doesn't remove fine scratches or remove blemishes as the label would have you believe. It is mostly filler, as in it fills in the fine scratches in the clear coat with product to make it appear as if it removed the scratch. It takes their professional line of product and old-fashioned elbow grease to correct clear coat. So knowing what I know about car care products I would have to say that no, it will not remove scratches from guns, but it might make it appear as if it did for a short period of time.
