    Bullet Button question

    I know ..I know.
I built a feature less AR. Fixed stock no pistol grip or flash hider. No magazines larger then ten rounds....Do I still need a bullet button ?
    Thanks !

No. That's the whole point of going featureless.
And, if you own some legally, you can use magazines which hold more than 10 rounds.

^^^ yes. Legally owned "large" capacity mags are g2g on featureless rifles.

If you either own the magazines in CA, or possessed them within the borders of the state prior to 1/1/2000 which allows you to bring them back, then you're good to go with an AR that doesn't have a bullet button.

So if I have a bullet button in a feature less rifle then I can only use 10 round mags ? It becomes a fixed mag rifle right ? So in that case...quick release I can use 30 round clip....fixed mag only 10 round. Makes no sense.

Why would you put a BB on a featureless rifle?

Sorry for my ignorance I just got my first AR a little while ago . I never needed to ask about my hunting rifles ,shotguns and pistols . Thanks for the answers.

It had all the "EVIL" features which I replaced but came with the BB also.

Perhaps multiple uppers, some of which are featureless, and some of which have features?

Other than that: belt + suspenders?

There is NO reason to apologize. Every single member of this board had their first rifle at some point and probably had questions. It's fine to ask new questions, to read older posts and to be new.
