Mods - move if necessary, I am not sure where this belongs
So I saw this at Brasstacker.com
and I thought I could do something similar for a lot less.
-Started out with 7/8" SS and machined the end down to fit inside the bayonet (Forgot the dimension - sorry). For those thinking about doing this themselves, the fit inside the bayonet has a slight taper.
-Put a little JB weld inside that fit and pressed the SS bar inside it
-put cheap-o bicycle handlebar grips on it and viola!
