Anyone with one or had one? How is it and is it a big diference compared to a WASR? I can get a NIB for $1000 and was wondering if its worth the price or should I wait

From handling & shooting both of the WASR-10 and PAP M70...
The Serbians have better quality control and attention to detail than the Romanians.
Both are imported to the USA in a single-stack magazine sporting configuration and then are modified by the importer to accept standard AK magazines & be 922r compliant.
Which is the reason why they have USA made parts and why some of them have issues with some types of AK magazines.
That said...
The fit & finish is better on the PAP M70 than the WASR-10.
But, it does not have a chrome-lined barrel, whereas the WASR does.
IMO...
The Zastava is the better of the two, but neither is worth more than $600.sigpic

both from Century Arms (importer) but the Yugos are built on a heavier receiver and have better attention to qualityComment
