Firearm Transactions Per Year???

OK,
From what I read it looks like we are limited to only selling 6 of our guns per year is that correct? My comprehension is lacking on this law. Any help would be appriciated.

Not quite...no hard limit on long guns as long as you're not engaged in a business ("occasional and without regularity").

You can sell as many handguns as you want, too. You just can't have more that "five 'transactions'"...so if you have five handguns, and sell each one to five different people, you're done for the calendar year.

But, if you sell 100 handguns to one person, that counts as one transaction, and you have four more transactions left for the calendar year.

Thanks!!! I cant believe their are that many restriction on selling most guns are like cars you go fast you sale then you buy a bigger one.

I think you can sell your pistols out of state, and that dose not count as your 5 transactions.
