    Punch sizes?

    Hi all,

Unsure if this is the correct forum, apologies if it is not.

I am curious if anyone knows of any resources, or has any direct answers they might be willing to share. I am looking for specific punch sizes for a few firearms and have been googling but can't find any definite information.

I am looking for a punch, rolled I think, for a pin to release the trigger assembly on a mossberg 590. Also, additional punch sizes to disassemble internals in the future.

Punch sizes for a m&p45, for the near future when I install an apex kit.

    Punch sizes for a s&w m&p15.

    Thank you!

      Brownells...

Get to their website. You typically buy a set because they're usually less than buying punches one by one...and if you work on multiple guns (which you do) you don't need to order a new punch for a different pin size.

Is there a reason why you wish to buy them one by one instead of buying a complete set?

Brownell's sells single punches and kits.

They also have Apex trigger kits for sale as well...

Hi, Thanks for the ideas. I'm not opposed to buying a complete set, I was just hoping to purchase one or two that I need right now, especially one for the mossberg trigger assembly and maybe a starter and hammer, and then the others or sets later. I don't want to spend $50 or $60 bucks on a set of roll pins, and the same on an additional set of regular punches all at once right now, that's all.

I'll ask to have this moved.

            Thanks again for the input!
