It's a new model but like I stated earlier it ISN'T on the Safety List which makes the OP's question kind of moot.

Is isn't on the CA approved list. Oddly enough a local store has a couple and they said they can sell them no problem. Maybe it belongs to the owner and its a person to person sale. Whatever reason they have its doable. I like the DE pistol but am going to wait for Memorial day to find a sale on a RIA or Citadel.

It's an SSE sale, perfectly legit. Just gonna look ugly at first with the sled in it.

Its RIA or Citadel. Armscor products feel solid and have a lifetime warranty. I don't think i can go wrong...
