    I don't see how I provided evidence of one. As I have stated, it was a hypothetical situation to clarify my question. I never said I intended to do this, I was simply asking about the legality of it.

    If asking a question using a hypothetical situation is such a problem then I ask the mods to remove this thread. Orrrr we could stop and just let this thread get buried. The question has been answered multiple times. Thanks everyone. I have absolutely NO INTENTION OF COMMITTING A CRIME, including a straw purchase.
