The other day I went to pick up a lil .25 pistol from my FFL, and I was also looking at holsters for my glock 27. Well after he ran my stuff in the back on the computer he comes up and says "here ya go, we'll let this one slide because you've come in here a few times" I was really shocked
That was the 3rd FFL transaction I've done with him and boom he threw in a freebie. This kind of customer service is outstanding and it will bring him my future business. Post your thoughts/experiences with some of your local FFL's.
