Bought an 80% lower from them. And due to a little stupidity on my part, ruined it. I installed it into the jig incorrectly. Ended up with the FCP compromising the safety detent hole. Yes, I take full claim for not double and triple checking before beginning to finish it. Measure twice, cut once.

Saw on one of their posts they have a "you screw it up, we replace it discount" offer. I called and spoke to them about it and they got me fixed up with a 40% discount on a new one. Yes, it still cost me more money, but it was my fault in the first place. (And yes, I do feel kinda stupid!)

You paid for a good learning experience. Anyone who says they've never made a mistake is a liar and a fool or both. Don't beat yourself up lol. I'm glad we have businesses like this that understand their market and accomodate to it as such. Hope the new one works out better than the last!
