Curios and Relics FFL application submitted early Feb?

Hey all, just wondering if anyone out there was granted a collector of curios and relics permit recently.

ATF entered my application on 2/7/13 and 92+ days later the status of the application hasn't changed, and several voicemails left for the examiner have gone unreturned (theres a big shock right?).

The ATF website says some gun control act requires the ATF to act on properly completed applications within 60 days, but so much for that, they were telling me 60-90 on the phone, and now we are sitting around 92 (give or take a few days on my math)

I don't suspect I have any recourse do I? There is nothing in my background that should prevent this from being a speedy approval. I can only imagine the ATF has been directed to move as slow as possible on new FFL applications by the powers that be, and well this is the government after all. Maybe they are too busy processing welfare applications.

Any one here submit around the same time and get approval yet for a relics license, or any other FFL license, or still waiting? (post Jan 2013 Application submissions)

If I don't do my job, I get fired, if the government doesn't do their jobs, then nothing happens and such is life.
