Well after a month wait for the HK USP .45(thanks 30 days) my 10 day ended today, and I got to pick up both these beauties. Even the guy who checked me out said, "This is a good day for you."



I know you guys give them a bum rap, but another big thanks to Turner's Norwalk, always treat me well and willing to help me out.

that sweet sweet 10th day... gotta love it!! of course the 1-9 day blues sucks... but that sweet sweet 10th day. i heard of this magical place where you can just go in and pick a gun, pay money and take it home with you that day... just can't remember the name... oh yeah, it was called "free america" damn this awesome weather or i'd buy a one way ticket to free america...

I ran an EOTech for 10minutes on my M4 and took it off. The sights are just as good and almost as fast - without the horrible cheek weld.

i get my "ak" type and a new "ar" type lower on the 15

but yes the 10 day is a joke, and it is costing me a bit for fuel.

can anybody prove when doing this den day ever stoped a crime??

would the so called instant back ground check work just the same??


but then the ten day wait is not to stop crime...it is to just make it harder to buy a gun.

wait, turners norwalk sold you the USP, but where did you get floor plates like that? i thought they only came on hi-caps unless thats what they are

im only asking because im looking for some. the USP 40 is a tad too small for my hands. the extended base plate would help. but i can't find any for the 10 rounders

Came stock on my gun, and of course they are 10 rounders. I think the USPcompact .45 comes with flatbase mags. This gun was bought when they ran a sale on the USP 45 about a month ago now. Like you I prefer the extended lip on the plate.

I thought it was a good deal. $780 with NS.
