    New GSG-5P Pistol

    (Sorry if a dupe)

I just saw this pic of the new GSG pistol version and thought I'd share. I was originally interested in the GSG for plinking fun of course, but deicided to stick with my 10/22 & prebans. This would definetly be on my list though if I was in annother state. Very cool looking plinker, but I don't know if you really need 2 flashlights and a laser on your 22.

          I'd like to see a GSG5 in SP89 style.

We could only pray for the Fire sale when they do ship out all at once

Damn that's cool. I wonder if we can lobby GSG to make .22lr versions of other firearms. I would love to have a .22lr Thompson and perhaps a .22lr AUG.

                  Nice.
It'll make it easier for people in the free states to make into a SBR.

                  IMO.
It's going to be a PITA to get one in CA.

GSG5 Pistol = non-approved handgun that's also an assault weapon.

I'm sure somebody could make one single-shot only w/pinned mag for transfer. I wouldn't do it.

I'll pass on the pistol, even if it was easy to get in Cali. I am eagerly waiting for their G36 .22lr clone though.

they can't even keep up with the demand on the GSG 5 carbines & they want to build this? Concentrate on meeting the demand for what people have already paid a deposit for.

Speaking of which, what is the status of the second shipment?

The second shipment is in (has been for a week or two). I've got my GSG-5 on its way from Military Gun supply out of Texas. I was put on their waiting list a couple weeks prior to the second shipment arriving. $549 for the rifle and 2 mags (being converted out of state), which includes shipping.

Well, its not like they totally designed a new product with new tooling needed. The only differences are the short barrel, which they already probably make, and the endcap that replaces the stock.

Shouldn't be that hard to add that manufacturing option to the line without too much slow-down, if any.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?
