      the thing on the far right is an adapter to load a magazine with a stripper clip. if im not wrong.

        Well, that's one kind (works pretty well, too!)

            The fat part fits around the magazine and the stripper clip (the 2 in the middle) is put into the thin part and the cartidges are pushed down and they quickly go into the magazine.

            I have always called it magazine, stripper clip, and the last one a guide.

              From left to right, you have:

              AR15 magazine
              5.56mm clip loaded with 5.56x45 blanks
              5.56mm clip
              AR15 spoon

              You have no speed loaders pictured. Those will hold rounds until they are dropped into the cylinder of a revolver, then the speedloader is pocketed.
