For any one looking into finishing your 80% lower in the Sacramento Area, I highly recommend talking to Dr. Death on this Forum. I spent the better part of the day at his shop milling, drilling and finishing with several friends. Not only did I learn a lot, the entire experience was pleasurable and down right fun! I am not much of a machinist, with that said Dr. D was amazingly nice and patient.

I stopped by his shop to drop off some stuff he bought from me. He had a real nice shop and he seemed like a good guy. When I do my 80% I'm going to his place for sure.

I second this. You wont find a better shop that makes finishing a 80% as easy & with profesional than Dr.

This guy is some sort of Saint. I did 2 lowers $99 each with milling, threading the bolt release, screw included and sand blasting. His patience is amazing too. I love this guy/ not in a gay way.
