Actually my post was meant as sarcasm, but oh well I give up. True enough fires do occur, but usually from those that think it's "cool" to shoot rocks and higher up on the mountain (when they shouldn't). Unfortunately, you'll have your usually idiot up there shooting uncontrollably.

I was up there last Thursday (5-1-08) and shot 120 rounds of Wolf .223 Rem copper FMJ 55 grain steel cased (I think this is a bimetal round) in plain view of the RO during several cease fires and nothing was ever said. We were also able to shoot out to the 300 yard mark. Lytle Creek is a great place to shoot. It is very clean and well kept. They now have a covered rifle and pistol range.
