Is this the same worthless show that was in Visalia a few weeks ago? "Rocky Mountain Gun Show" which translated to english means "I have no clue where to actually purchase this stuff and know nothing about guns!"

I went. Turn out was light (but I went at noon, not at the crack of 9 with all the ammo junkies). Saw a flyer for a Prepper Expo this June at the same place. I went today and got an AR500 target and some beef jerky.
Ammo was still crazy high but not as bad as it was a couple of months ago and there was a decent amount of .308 and .223/5.56 as well when I walked out by 230.
I was able to find plenty of .223 for about 50 cents a round which is still too rich for my blood.
A couple of vendors had AR rifles which were all north of 1k but at least they weren't all frankenguns.
One thing I would like to know is who is the vendor with 3 booths of knock off magpul stuff with Spanish speaking only staff and expensive as hell AR uppers?
Of note there were plenty of 20 and 30 round rebuild kits going north of 20 dollars a pop and one vendor had the CMMG AR lower parts kit for 95 dollars which is the lowest non online price I have seen in months.Originally posted by aklon

I went. I always do. Unlike many I have found many good deals over the years. Handguns, etc. Limited Edition S&W Performance Center editions, Cowboy Action stuff...
Went about 1PM. Miwall still had ammo, M1 Carbine was the same price as CMP! The difference being that CMP was sold out, bought 8 boxes. I can reload it but too lazy right now.
LOts of EBRs, prices vary.
Saw the $150/Brick of 22 guy, none sold. He must have nothing better to do then buy a table and sit all weekend for no sales.
Talked to my friend Harold Morgan with the NRA table he is selling memberships at a much higher rate then even a couple of years ago. People are finally joining up to suppor the cause!
