Yeah, I think the tight QC is why Colt and FN are considered Tier 1 AR-15 manufacturers and everyone else is tier 2 at best.Comment

The bending will actually make the barrel stronger and more resistant to bending. Its a process known as strain hardening.Replying to craigslist for casual encounters is like pokemon with STDs. Not wanting to threadjack (much), but there's a german video regarding H&K manufacturing and quality control too.
Probably a dupe, but whatever. They also do very thorough quality control of their weapons. Personally, I'd be disappointed if either of these companies didn't commit so much time to QC.Comment
