    Aim

I am curious to hear how people aim with their handgun.

Do you keep one eye closed, or both open?

Do you do instinctive shooting for the most part, or do you use the sight post more often than not?

    Two hand, or single?

    Side stance, or front?

Do you shoot open sight, or scope?

I tend to shoot instinctive, with both eyes open, using two hands, in a partial side shooting position, no scope used.

    I have one eye closed.

I always use the open sights.

    Two handed, modified weaver.

Interesting you would say that because, although I do stand somewhat sideways, mostly it is a front standing position, and many people stand more straight, than actually sideways.

I find that tilting the gun at a 48-72 degree angle and closing my eyes while I pull the trigger furiously works for me when I do my gangsta shooting. YMMV of course.

I have never used a scope on a pistol and never will!

All other questions, it all depends on what type of shooting and situation.

Both eyes open -> sight alignment -> sight picture -> front sight focus -> squeeze trigger.

thought I would share this site. I like it because it not only speaks to the different stances, it provides photos.

BTW, women make great trigger pullers.

that homeboy side sights pic is hilarious!

Modified weaver, front sight only for close distance is the way to go! I had to practice my draws for days because I'm left eye dominant and I use right handed because they're the most popular.
How many programmers does it take to screw in a light bulb?
                            None. That's a hardware problem.

How many QA testers does it take to screw in a light bulb?
None. They just report it broken.
