Help getting ar15 upper

I don't know how to get to this, or where to start. This isn't Bullsh*t or a con at all. I swear on my mothers life. So my cousin is a Navy EOD and has helped out the family a lot, and sacrifice a whole lot as well. I take him out shooting, whenever he is here. He loves my BCM 16 ar15, I also have a spare AR15 lower 90% complete. I don't make much money at all, barely scrape by on the day to day basis. I want to build him an AR15 and have it as a surprise for him when he comes back from his deployment, it will be his first deployment ever, and i just want to make it memorable.

So any thoughts on getting help with getting an upper, or even parts let me know.

I built one in the last few months buying one part at a time from BCM. I didn't over pay, I got everything I wanted.

Although I probably spent more than just buying it outright, although that option was/is not available.

The BCG is going to be your biggest challenge in my opinion. I had to pre order one that didn't even exist from Shield back in Febuary and I am still waiting on it.

You need to list the town you live in so maybe people close to you can help you out. I will help you assemble it if you buy piece by piece.

Yeah, I have a bunch of stock spare parts, like pistol grips, dust covers and charging handles and stuff.

Located in Anaheim, ca. If it takes to show you how much I make, and how much is deducted from bills, I am willing to upload it. To show you that im dead serious. He is getting deployed in may or june, I forgot. Haven't seen him or asked him for a bit.

I might just have to save up and buy one. Hoping in the next few months to get a BCM 14.5 LW upper for him. He is out in deployment and wont be back for the next 6 months or less.

PSA has some kick *** deals .. I don't know if they still have that upper for under 400 .. but they have the lpk buffertube,buffer,spring buttstock and BCG for 200
