So I've decided to bail and move my permanent residence to NV, and I have a buddy who's asked me in the past to sell him one if my glocks. I agreed but nothing ever came of it. Now that he's heard of my move he's been scrambling and today calls me to tell me he has the cash in hand. I'm just not sure if I can sell it to him. I've already applied for my NV drivers license so my cali DL has been surrendered....BUT I still have my CA ID card that doesn't expire until 2015. Would this be possible or is my bud SOL?
