Doesn't look like much difference - seems to be 8.5 cm measured along the top of the trigger on G21/G30.

i just want to know because i have little trouble squeezing the trigger when i hold the gun "correctly" on a full size glock

Thats a negative, the only thing that changes dimensionally is the length of the slide, and the length of the grip. All other measurements stay the same on like caliber models.

It could be the difference in the grip shape/size between the full size and compact that accounts for your percieved difference of feel between the two. I know that the size of the finger grooves of the full size and compacts of the 3rd generation Glock frames are a bit different, so they feel differently when held. This is why some prefer one over the other.
