    Does Palmetto make good uppers?

What is their reputation? Should I buy one or not?

Compared to what? Compared to a S&W M&P-15 or a del-ton or an ATS, than sure!! Compared to everything, it's either at par or way short. I wouldn't run one personally

PSA's are great. Buy the blemished one for 350 in the deals section.
        Have a good day!

PSA has lots of deals, so check often. Last night, they had a good deal on blemished M4 Barreled Uppers for $349, and from the majority of reviews I saw is that these had cosmetic finishing issues and nothing that would affect the safety or reliability of the upper. Please note that there is no Bolt Carrier Group or Charging Handle, and factor in $180+ to get both (unless you have a stockpile ).

Emphasis on + because BCGs are hard to find, and are range about $180 up. BCGs are making a come back, so give it some time and they should be getting cheaper.

Not a thing wrong with them. I very never heard horror stories of their hardware.

For the picky girls who want everything name brand I am sure they think they suck, but for me...I love em. Is it a Noveske or LMT..no, is it the same price as either of those?...Nope!

I have a few items from Palmetto. So far so good. Uppers and Lowers are mil spec...no issues and looks to be of great quality. Good luck on your build and finding items.

I have an upper. Zero issues.

Just make sure you understand that they have a long shipping time.

Next time do a search. It will save you grief from people tired of the forums being cluttered by the Same questions over and over.

PSA is solid. I have two PSA hammer forged uppers

Hey, that one with the SS15 looks just like mine! I've got the CHF 20" w/SS15.

PSA makes rock solid hardware. Great stuff. Just gotta realize the shipping is going to take a while ...

They have $349 uppers and the BCG is $180+??? Peeps are speculating the govt is buying up most of the ammo, it's the BCG's they are buying.
