defective lower warranty question

hi I got a rra lower, later as I started to look closely at it there is a very noticeable blem. How or who would ever warranty a lower? do I mail it to rra? would the retailer help me? Do they ever swap out lower for a non defective one? does it have to go to 10 day jail again?

Contact RRA and go from there.

However, I wouldn't be concerned if it is just a cosmetic problem. They may just tell you that you should have inspected before receiving it.
