LOL, you sound like the DOJ. Well, no they not all illegal. Only the ones that are KalashnikovUSA are illegal (because they are on the AW list), EAA or RAA Saigas are 100% legal as long as they do NOT have any "offending" features like pistol grips, flashiders, etc if they are detachable mags. Read the AW flow chart around the top part of the website (this website).
