Texas DA and wife killed by assault rifle

another misleading attempt by anti-human rights terrorists and their propaganda machine:

"Sources tell CBS News an unknown killer or killers used an assault rifle to commit the murders as early as Friday night."

Since CT anything having to do with a shooting that can in any way be stretched to include an AW or +10 capacity magazine - the press has been happy to olige. I recall a news story in which a person was shot and the reporter included that an "AW - not used - was found in the person's car". US reporting of the he "Blade Runner" shooting in South Africa mentioned "machine guns" and that the shooting highlighted the need for gun control - presented in such a way as to have some bearing on gun ownership in the US.

If some kid shoots out a traffic light with a BB gun and his Dad owns an AR the press will find a way to include that in their story.

The older I get the more I understand why Walter Mathau was grumpy ...

The media knows if you cite your source of info as anonymous / unnamed, you can literally report whatever you feel like with little to no repercussions regarding facts or truth.

That was my first thought..cartels are expanding their tactics into the US now. Killing of anyone, cops, judges, DA's will start becoming the norm here.

Of course...we have to go help Syria (half-way around the world) due to "human rights"...but God forbid we protect our southern border/help Mexico.

What if it turned out to be a F&F rifle?

Amazing how color blind anybody can become when there is a little incentive.
