Nothing wrong with a Gen 1 glock.
They just don't have the light rail on the dustcover or 2nd pin in the barrel locking block of the finger grooves on the front of the frame.
Otherwise, they are the same design as newer models.
Perhaps it will be worth $50 less than a Gen3 because of this.
The actual CONDITION of the gun will have more to do with final value than the age.
I'd take a 2000-rounds-fired Gen1 over a 50,000-rounds-fired Gen3 every time.

I agree with this. There is definitely a market for quality handguns, price it accordingly depending on what it comes with. Mags, ammo, holster etc.


Right now I'm trying to find a G17 for my woman to use for a class. She is not a fan of the M&P .45
