Doubt it's real. The image is actually hosted on defcad.org. If it was real, wouldn't it just be a redirect away from defcad.org and to an official US government site?

The fact that the background says seized a million times, looks fake. The drop shadow on the white portion also looks photoshopped.

When the government takes over a website, it just goes blank. 404 page not found etc...
