I think I was the 1st or 2nd customer to do a transaction and used their dolly.

J&J had Spikes lowers for $120 and if you buy 5, you get 1 free. You just had to pick it up in Socal though.

Quite a frenzy this morning, like throwing a cow in a pool of sharks with lots of thrashing about as hundreds and hundreds of heavy ammo cans were plucked helplessly from milwall. I have never seen so many dollies at a gun show before. Seems like every other guy had ten cans of something and thats like $1k in Bush dollars as Bush dollars just don't go very far today.

Milwall had plenty of 223 this time but ran out of the 7.62 x 54R light and 308 reloads.

Rest of show was OK, but not as good as one several times ago. Seems that after the milwall crowd died down around noon-1pm that allot of the foot traffic lightened up.

The other nice thing I wanted and found,,,, CZ52 magazines in great condition! They looked better than the mag in my armor's kit and had strongs springs. $19 a pop and no tax. I picked up 5 of them.

Oh,,, I and I just had to try more Dragons Breath from the Jerky booth. If you saw someone walking around with a red face for 15 minutes that was probably me. I keep saying my wife loves the hot food but then i keep eating that darn jerky. Someone outta ban thay guy from the show! ;-)

With the exception of ammo and the OLLs and uppers, parts I thought the show was not very good. I picked up some Federal 223 from MiWall and a Stag lower from CWS. I noticed nearly all the assembled AR lowers had the BB set up, did see one fully assembled AR lower with a functional mag release and a pistol grip - the lower was marked "22 long rifle".

Muhahaha! But all of that is over at my place!!

Xerxes, the FMJ was $300/1K. I notice one bullet fell into the casing and powder did spilled. I have yet to try them so far. I notice there are different primers being used in the batch. The gold primers seems to sit fine, but the copper color ones doesnt seem to be as cleanly seated. But I'm keen to find out how they perform.

Chibipaw called ahead and had them set aside the rounds for us for pick up at the show. Otherwise I don't think we could have gotten that many reloaded rounds yesterday. Most of the Ammo and ammo cans went pretty fast at the show.

I bought a UpLULA speed loader and I had custom ear plugs made.

One booth had factory Springfield XD mags for $15 but only in .40.

As far as Miwall, the only thing cheaper than Walmart in 9mm was their reloads. Over 1k rounds, you would save 20 bucks. I don't shoot that much so for me, it wasn't worth it. I'm sure larger calibers and rifle rounds had more significant savings.
