        For the mag it doesnt need to be 10rds, they can send it to your FFL as a rebuild kit or if your FFL has a high capacity magazine license they can break it down for you before they give it to you.You can then block it yourself...

                well technically you can run a long muzzle brake or fake can, but that looks dumber than pinning the stock

                  Or you can have the seller ship the upper (which is the serialized portion of the gun) to your FFL and ship the rest of the parts to you directly.

                      That is also an option, but a dealer is more likely able to modify the stock then is to have an appropriately long muzzle device laying around. That modification is one of the more simple options but potentially more expensive.
