We applied, $54 bucks I think, and finger printed on Monday March 4th at the Spokane Sheriffs office. Received my non-resident CPL today March 28th.

It galls me to no end that the State of Washington, where I've been exactly once, trusts me more than California where I've lived for 37 years.

We are moving to Coeur d'Alene ID in June so the wife and I got the Washington CPL because Idaho recognizes Washington's CPL but Washington doesn't recognize Idahos.

Easy and fast. Mine got back here before I did. Good in TX and twenty some odd other states too.

Spokane is 'populated' county for eastern Washington. I got mine in Grant County (Moses Lake), which is empty. Fingerprints to LA address about five days, two or three of which must have been mail time too.
