Is it a debit card or a credit card?

Sounds like a debit card, cause most credit cards will open a case and ask the merchant to respond or issue a charge back.

I agree, American Express is very adamant about issues like this.

Yes debit, not credit card; although not really relevant to the question.

Unless you ran the transaction in person with your number, it was probably processed as a MC or Visa transaction. Call your credit card company/bank and file a charge back.
www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

Fine. I don't know who to call. Try posting in a New York forum.

Or post up that you already tried to get the money back and it didn't work.

I stated that the CC company was no help, that I'd gone as far as they'll go. Then I provided further that yes, it was a debit card, not a credit card, even though it was irrelevant to the one and only question I asked.

Really sorry to bother you with vague posts.

Dispute the charge with your bank. Yes funds were authorized, but no product delivered. Wo is your bank?
