      Most of the lots I have seen there is "no mutilation required". It is something to check for though.

        Put down the tin foil. I've filled out over sixty ECU's for some of the sales I've bought and never saw anything like that.
        What will be a condition is that no material that needed an ECU is needed for will be sold to any foreign National or shipped out of the United States.

          If you actually made the effort to read the GSA posting it specifically said the casings did NOT have to be "mutilated."

          They know it's worth more as re-loadable brass rather than simply scrap.
