Ranges that Accept Steel Jacket Ammo

So I made the mistake of buying WPA ammunition and finding out that it is a bi-metal bullet so it is a no-no at many ranges I frequent. I live in Santa Ana and was hoping there are ranges nearby that allow steel jacketed ammunition. I hear of BLM areas, but I think they are off limits in those areas.

indoors, On Target in Laguna Nigel will let you shoot bi-metal jacketed stuff.

Not nearby but we have no restrictions at the range out here in 29 Palms.
