! was convicted in California of a non violent offense(now discharged) and now live in Montana can California keep me from getting my gun rights back even though Montana state restores all rights to an offender once sentence has been discharged..Can anyone offer me any legitimate point of views regarding the California state law affecting an individual in another state? (Please disregard federal law)
