LOL the Gun Nazis always make me laugh with this line of attack. Most of the weapons we as a nation use recreationally were indeed Military firearms. It just goes to show how misinformed the Antis really are imo. Their stupidity in that case is no differant really than Moron Biden telling people to illegally discharge a shotgun to "scare away " intruders". Like Bradys wife going all anti when her husband was indeed shot with not an assualt rifle or even a semi automatic handgun but actually a 22 cal revolver. Non of the laws she tried to get morons to pass would have affected that shooting. They don't actually have proper information to base a decision on. .

Area residents found themselves stuck inside of a crime scene Thursday night and Friday morning. Pictures taken behind window screens and on top of roofs gave the world a look at what people were seeing.

Isn't this a bit of an over reaction for a 19year old with a gun that has no formal training? I mean when Dorner was trained by the police and navy. When he was on the loose I don't remember black hawks flying around, armored hummers, and an insane number of police (military? consitiutional violation?) on the streets. This reaction tells me something bigger is going on that they don't want us to know.

In the first photo, I am pretty sure the 3rd guy back is singing and the rest of them are stomping their feet to the beat.

                    1. Who is to say what is an overreaction or under reaction? The command staff at the scene or random internet bloggers who's tactical intel is based off what MSNBC is streaming?

                    2. How do you know whether or not these guys had any formal training?

Not true. Look at Prisions. Still have plenty of murders/rape occurring when the government has complete control over people's lives.

Let us be honest here. The AR-15s or AKs we can buy and own are NOT weapons of war. You can be damn sure the troops in Afghanistan would not be please with a SEMI - auto. Our rifles only LOOK like the weapons carried by our troops and enemies.

It doesn't matter how scary, ugly, uncomfortable, or inconvenient self defense can be. Like it or not, you will never, ever be relieved of your duty and responsibility to defend your life, your family, your country and your freedom.

How much ammo do I need? Enough to last me the rest of my life, and then lot more for later.

Good logic: people shouldn't be able to own guns that are for military purposes, while at the same time saying, people should only be allowed to own guns if they are part of a militia.

I'm gonna hazzard a guess that black hawks, hummers, and just by the amount of police in the pictures hundreds of people is a bit of an over reaction.

I can safely assume they didn't have any training, because the main streamwhore media would have said it 95 times after they found out who these guys were.
