Just tell them you are selling a new line of "Womes Stimulation Equipment" and testing requires alot of batteries. Let them figure out the rest on their own.

Wouldn't the proper ORM-D label also say "cartridges, small-arms"

              No, not necessarily.

I never answer them. I sell on Ebay regularly, so I'm at the PO all the time. When asked the standard fragile, hazardous etc, people usually disclose the contents. I don't, no matter what. Fragile, stamp it for me.

I used to manage one of those Places. And I never asked or cared what my Customers ordered.

Yes, that's correct. The ORM-D marking must include the words CARTIDGES, SMALL ARMS. Using the ones that say CONSUMER COMMODITY on ammo shipments is a violation of the law.

Ammo shippers now have the option of using the limited quantity black and white diamond labels on packages containing ammo. This is the only way to legally ship ammo without having to write CARTRIDGES, SMALL ARMS on the box. It becomes mandatory in 2021 when the ORM-D category goes away.

I think they are tired of seeing me but today I got some ammo that I ordered a few weeks ago. It came in a tightly disclosed package with the proper ORM-D label..but when he got my package from the back he came out and said "What did you order? Batteries?" and pointed at the sticker.

Honestly...is it any of his business what I ordered? I said no politely and just told him I buy and sell on eBay sorry for all the packages. I have another 2 orders going there that are going to have an ORM-D sticker. What do you guys think? I don't want to deal with any headaches. Should I just redirect to another address or say screw you and keep on doing what I have been?
Do they let you have your packages shipped there for free? I believe you are a customer, correct. You shouldn't have to apologize for patronizing their business.
I wouldn't tell them that you are getting firearms parts, your packages might start disappearing or be partially opened. If they ask again, batteries sounds like a good answer or you can politely decline to answer. If they get a rude about it inform the manager and corporate that you have other options and will be taking your $$ elsewhere.

My ammo is being shipped in it's original factory box so it's clear what is contained. I'm more worried that someone will steal it given that a case of 45 ACP is worth more than a firearm.
