I was at Turners (Signal Hill) to get some cleaning supplies. Thought I would look around at the firearm display cases to look at a Springfield XD 45. To my amazement, I was staring at near empty cases. For a second there I thought they were packing up to get ready to move to another location or something. There were more scopes in one case than pistols (revolver and semi) combined from all the other cases. Simply put, cleaned out. What the heck is going on? Ammo Bros in Cerritos had more, but not by much. Is it like this all over the state or just SoCal? What about other states? AZ, NV, OR, WA, UH, CO, TX...? It's almost pandemic.
With this said, after the "panic" is behind us, how long will it take for inventory levels to catch up to demand? If by some miracle the AWB actually does pass the Senate, is this what we have to look forward to? For lack of a better phrase, this sucks *****! I feel fortunate enough to have my reloading supplies stocked up, for the time being that is. All the dems have done is make the firearm industry extremely wealthy.
Just venting. Thanks for reading.
