FREE BRICK OF .22lr

In response to another post on CG that frustrated me, I am offering someone a FREE 550 brick of .22 LR.
My hope is for this brick to be used to introduce a new shooter to our sport, Or introduce a younger person to shooting. Think Boy scout troops or similar situation. I will not ship this ammo. The ammo can be picked up in San Jose Or Morgan Hill.
Please send me a PM with your situation and how you will put this ammo to good use. FYI, a couple of buddies blasting at the range is not what I had in mind.

At the United Sportsmans Club in Concord we have run a free youth program with volnteer members for many years. Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Church youth groups, school and home school kids all are welcome. It was run about once a month, and is totally free to the kids, including free ammo. Club members, lead by Norm Stout, served as mentors and loaned their own 22 rifles. Each child has a personal teacher for the half day program. It is a great program, and I hope lots of clubs run something similar.

I just found out that the club is out of 22 ammo, even at the public range. So, I am going to give a free brick to the kids program. Thanks for your example.

Hey OP that's awesome idea. I took my best friend shooting for his birthday now he loves it and he says I inspired him to want to purchase a .22 rifle to shoot and take his family to shoot. So keep it up everyone.
