It can be imported into CA and sold as a dimensionally complaint single-shot pistol.
It can be made into a single-shot pistol by changing out the barrel for a 6" barrel and then installing a magazine lock and a 0 round magazine/sled.
This needs to be done prior to being shipped to CA.
After it is transferred (4473/DROS/10 day wait), you can replace the mods with the original parts.sigpic

I thought you could have It can be shipped into California as is, but it must be in sse configuration before you start dros. Theres a handful of ffl's in ca that can help.
