Straw sale on a magazine? There's no restrictions or background checks for such things, how would that be possible?
As for the OP, assuming that the magazine in question can't hold more than 10 rounds, it should be legal mail it. If it holds more, then it's can't be transferred to someone else. You could break it down into parts and sell the parts for someone looking to repair a magazine they owned prior to the ban, but that's about it.Comment

yes you can ship but not using usps since they have a no firearms policy and its a gun part . I know UPS will let you ship gun parts from any ups store (bring pre packaged ) and firearms can be shipped via UPS but must be brought to sort facillity non kioskLaws that forbid the carrying of arms... disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man. You can ship it with USPS.
You can't use USPS to ship pistols because they don't guarantee overnight delivery from every office.Express mail from some offices is second day.
I ship all kinds of rifles shotguns and parts weekly without any issues.Lynn Dragoman, Jr.
