No 22lr or 9mm at Dick's Bakersfield this morning. At 9am there were 30 people lined up. Manager gave a rundown of what was in stock and then most everyone got out of line and started hitting up the LGS. Sad times.

I noticed the other day they are putting a Dick's in the Serramonte shopping mall in Daly City of all places. Not open yet but they are working on it. Theres no way the mall or San Mateo county will let them sell ammo or guns I'm sure but we'll see.

The Big 5 right down Gellert sells guns iirc so I dont see why not.

if you support them i lose all faith in the pro gun community why would you support a companey who through the 2 amend under the bus only hours after the shandy hook shooting ?? these ARE NOT the businesses that should be getting our money our money need to go to companies who belive in the 2nd and are willing to stand by us and defend it ..

This Dick's store is going to be in the mall, on the wing with the food court. Seems to me every Big 5 thats inside of a mall doesn't sell guns/ammo but the free-standing or outdoor strip mall ones do (at least in my area).
We'll just have to see when it opens but I think its just going to be shoes and tennis rackets as far as the eye can see.

I quess you dont support Bushmaster, Remington, Marlin or any other companies owned by Cerberus Capital Management LP or also known as the Freedom Group. After the Sandy Hook shooting they immediately put Busmaster up for sale.

Also you better not shop at Wal Mart or buy ammo from them because they pulled Bushmasters off their shelves. Also Cabelas pulled ar's off the shelf in Connecticut. Big 5 Pulled their rifles also.

I dont shop much at Dicks, but if they have ammo I will buy it from them.

yeap your right none of those companies will get a dime from me and Wal mart did not and will not stop selling the bushmaster they just pulled the pic/ad off their website they were getting to many anti gun idiot emails you can still go into a store that carries them and buy one

Big 5>Dicks both stores price on ammo suck, but at least big 5 supports the 2nd ammendment.
