CALGUNS gun buy back?

What if CALGUNS organized a gun buy back? Organize FFL's together that can do the transfers... That's all I can come up with I know it would be a logistical nightmare. But there are too many buybacks wasting taxpayer money.

Maybe buyback guns and sell at fair market value. All profits go to help defending our 2A rights. That doesn't sound like a bad idea at all!

I don't think the turn out would be too great since most of the people going to those things are just a bunch of nitwits turning in their husbands handgun behind his back or a shotgun they bought on an impulse purchase and they want to "get it off the street". So they pretty much have their heart set on the police throwing it into a red hot vat of molten metal.
