Jones Tactical Poor Customer Service

Hey Guys,

I placed an order for two Jones Tactical Cobra Everyday Belts back in October of 2012. I received one in late January but am still waiting on the other. I have sent 5 emails over the past month and have yet to get any sort of reply. A quick google search reveals that this is a common problem with him.

Being out the 75 bucks for the belt sucks. The lack of communication is just unprofessional. At this point, I'm ready to call it a loss.

I would caution anyone thinking of buying from his company to go elsewhere.

Have any of you guys had similar experiences with Jones Tactical or does anyone have a more effective way to contact him? Thanks.

Good grief and sorry for bring this back from the dead.
Did you ever receive your 2nd belt? Is it even worth the wait?

I wish I saw this post before I ordered my belt from Jones Tactical. My order for one belt is going on its 7th month now. I was okay with 7 to 12 weeks but had I known it was going to be this long I never would have placed the order.

Communication is pretty lacking too. I did receive one email stating they were behind in work but only after several emails and phone calls requesting a status after 5 months.

Not to create a bashing thread but has anyone else experience the same issues?

Back from the dead...again. It'll be 8 months waiting for my belt on the 22nd. No email responses and they delete my facebook posts asking for an update. What the piss is going on over at Jones Tactical?

based on reading of this business on other internet sites and forums, my understanding is that there have been problems with delivery far exceeding eta for awhile, and at least on one occasion there was a stated health problem that put the priority of completing orders on the back burner. as far as i know, nobody has complained of being outright ripped-off. the reviews of the product line have been stellar.

would be helpful for 'waitwah?' (OP) and 'gwl' (post #2) to post with updates. no delivery of ordered product within a reasonable time of eta combined with the ceasing of communication from the maker/seller over an extended period of time gives the end user good reason to lose faith.

Thank you for the link bsg! It looks like a member in that forum received their belt around the 9 month mark. I'll post an update when I receive mine.

Bringing up this old thread. I purchased a belt from them on 05/27/14. I saw this thread shortly after. I figured I'd give them a chance before bugging them, well it's been 7 weeks+ so I sent my first email to Jones today. I ail keep everyone posted.

I wasn't aware of Jones' reputation when I purchased the belt. I wanted a 2 inch belt with a cobra buckle and they were one of the few who had one on their website.

I placed an order for a belt on 12/22/2014 and have not received it yet. It has almost been a year and the only responses I get are that its being worked on or no response at all. When I ask them on their Instagram page, they either delete my comment or respond that it's being worked on. Looks like it's time to file on them through PayPal, my credit card company, as well as The BBB.

I suspect you're outta luck on that....I don't know of ANY credit card that will dispute that far back......
