S&W CS - wait time for return label

Anyone had to ship a gun back to Smith & Wesson for repairs lately? What's the wait time between talking to them and them actually getting you the return FedEx label? I've only ever had to ship guns back to Springfield Armory, and usually their CS had an email to me with the FedEx label before they even hung up the phone.

I had a return label in my email probably within minutes of hanging up the phone.

Hmmm, that's what I would have expected too. It's been 5 hours now for me, I guess I'd better call them up tomorrow when they open again and see what's going on. I did find some instances on other forums where people were sent an actual return label sticker in the mail, but those were usually posts from 2010 and earlier. Doesn't seem like it makes sense nowadays to send a physical sticker in the mail unless specifically requested.

I got the shipping information in an email as well. Was just a few days, IIRC.
If you haven't received it yet, call or email them.

I got mine the next day before I called them. Apparently it takes 1 or 2 days to generate even by email. It also got sucked into my spam filter because they sent it from a different email address than the one they tell you to add to your safe list on their website.
