The retired teacher who opposed has no idea just how many responsible and legal firearms owners are in poway...that is probably LOTS!!!!....and they WANT a clean safe range to shoot once its open to the general public.I'd rather have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.Comment

Another range is never a bad thing! Good for these guys. The news was reporting this morning that the approval was unanimous. I guess the biggest concern is for parking, lol.Comment

I used to run the sound for the Poway City Council meetings several years ago.. There is a couple people who basically don't want the council to do anything, approve anything, change anything. They come every week and basically have the same speech and just insert whatever in the blank.Comment
