disabled and need help

This has my interest.
I have a degenerative peripheral motor nerve condition called Multifocal Motor Neuropathy. My right hand is nearly useless, my right lower leg and foot no longer work properly, I can't lift my left leg and the nerve conduction velocity is slowing down in my left hand and arm. I can still shoot left handed but I know it won't be long until that's no longer possible.
Good luck finding something that helps, I'll be checking back because I'll probably need the same thing.
