Hi I was interested in knowing if you can change an all black XDM into bi-tone by buying a new slide? Do they sell them separately? Just wondering. Thanks in advance.

Entirely possible if you can get a hold of the slide. Problem is the slide contains a matching serial number to the barrel and the frame. As far as I know, no one makes slides other than Springfield themselves, and I have no knowledge of them shipping them out without a gun attached to it.
Second hand market would be the only way, but since there's no way to really get anything other than OEM, I don't see that happening much.

Very difficult to find. I would suggest just finding a well know firearms finishing/plating expert to work on ur slide/barrel."Screw U guys, I'm going home"...:the great Eric Cartman
10mm. Because .45ACP just doesn't cut it anymore. <Trailerparktrash>Comment
